Equipment Trailer Parking Info
This year, during the Buckeye Limited Convention, equipment trailers will not be allowed to be stored at the track overnight due to space constraints (overnight parking will be allowed beginning on Saturday night and thereafter). The only exception to this will be for vendors who need to use their trailers for inventory or display purposes. Click the "Camping" button on the registration page for details on RV camping.
We have made arrangements with the Coshocton County Fairgrounds to allow for the parking of your equipment trailers along the north end of the fairgrounds, along the fence. The storage location is adjacent to the RV Camping area.
There will be no charge for parking your equipment trailer at the Fairgrounds!
When arriving at the track with a trailer the loading/unloading volunteers, along with traffic & parking volunteers, will direct you to the unloading site. There you will be asked to register and unload your trailer. We'll then ask you to park your vehicle and trailer in the north field and quickly return to move your rail equipment to a location out of the main yard and/or onto a steaming bay, should you have one. If you have purchased a Week Pass we then ask that you return to your truck and trailer and haul your trailer to the Coshocton County Fairgrounds for storage. The site is 6.5 miles away (around 10 minutes, each way) and will be adjacent to the RV campsites. A map is provided below as well as a map of the fairgrounds, both of which are downloadable. If you have any further questions feel free to email Jim with additional questions at jimhenry@millcreekcentral.com.
